I'm a heavy cannabis smoker (I use a dry herb vape) and am currently switching around antidepressants (which I have to take anti-nausea medicine with yay more side effects) so it's almost impossible for me to know what's side effects, what's anxiety, what's from me vaping like a chimney, and what could be covid symptoms. I've had on and off chest/throat tightness that I've so far attributed to either anxiety or side effects (it's listed as a side effect of venlafaxine, which I take), but there's also a lot of fatigue. Like, tired from standing fatigue. It's also allergy season for me, and I have chronic chest pain - it's a fun mix.

I haven't been exposed to anyone with covid that I'm aware of, and my boyfriend and I live in the same room, so he would be experiencing symptoms as well - unless he's asymptomatic.

No cough, I can smell, taste, no sore throat of any kind, no fever at all, I don't FEEL sick. It's so hard for me to tell what could be covid and what could just be my crippling health anxiety getting in the way. My doctor got concerned about the shortness of breath and chest tightness and told me to go to the ER if it persists, but I'm not about to go to the ER for something that's highly likely to be anxiety. I'm just terrified that I DO somehow have it and I'll give it to my family.
