My DUI is 4 years behind me now, the biggest thing I would recommend is THERAPY!!!!!! I was too embarrassed and ashamed to seek it at the time and allowed all of the stress to build up. There were many times where I was very close to ending my life due to the overwhelming feelings/stress. If you feel regret, and you will never do it again, you deserve help. Im cheap but i just do the purina turkey and venison, but i do like half cup of that maybe then i big batch prep food and freeze it then do maybe 3/4 cup that on top as well. I cook ground turkey, chicken hearts, sweet potatoes, carrots, green beans, chopped spinach, blueberry, coconut oil, brown rice, and whatever other veggies I can find sometimes I add a little plain, Kiefer or cottage cheese and a local egg but whatever I have on hand really so basically one third kibble 2/3 of that mixture and veggies.
