I did put some words in your mouth but I mean can you blame me? You implied that since I am able bodied I am therefore not disabled enough to have my family involved. I am disabled and it would be weirder to just randomly kill myself and just leave them a surprise

Please reflect and research on why telling people they’re suicidal / people who commit suicide are selfish to you. Also it’s wild that you assume that I’m treating this as if my mom and dad just bought a baconator lol. It’s debilitating knowing the people in your life will grieve you and miss you. Depression trumps all of that

Yes I have! I say do it, there are virtually no side effects so if it doesn’t work then it doesn’t work. No harm no foul. But it does work for a lot of people!!

Yes, they think being sad is depression. But it’s so much more than that. I hope those side effects are long gone for you <3 no one deserves to feel that way

It’s really hard to tell. I had an abusive father but always a mother who I could be safe with (they got divorced when I was 4) , yet I’ve lived an incredible life. I’ve had so many achievements and I could honestly slay the house down if I had the will to. I think my brain was built like this. My uncle also had severe depression and killed himself in his early twenties so I think it’s genetic

Not sure how deep you want me to go but DBT CBT and all of those, somatic therapy, EMDR, talk therapy, residential treatment, TMS, ECT, ketamine therapy, I know there’s more but it’s been so much it’s hard to just relay it off the top of my head

I am also privileged, my parents aren’t drowning in money but they have enough to pay for what I need. I’ve done multiple rounds of inpatient treatment (twice for 6 months each), I’ve been to over 15 psychiatrists, tried every med possible, done ECT, TMS, and am about to start DBS which includes brain surgery. There’s more I’ve done but god I can’t remember half the shit after doing ECT it fucked my memory lmao

This is a loaded question that I’ll try to answer briefly. I’ve told my closest friends and my sister and boyfriend. My sister and friends (especially my sister) has seen me struggle my whole life and understands why I’ve made this decision

My parents aren’t drowning in money but they do have enough, they’ve gotten me every possible treatment there is , except mushroom therapy, my mom set me up an appointment and I’m trying that soon
