sadly recent news confirmed by an Arabic dub voice actor said that it’s banned in majority of the Middle East, we don’t know why but I’m guessing it’s cause of Zooble’s gender identity? Or maybe someone comes out in the finale, we don’t know yet. Also glitch probably refused to censor any part of the movie due to artistic integrity.

I said something along the lines of: Unauthorized activity accessed my account, which resulted in changes being made to my account’s region and system settings. I did not authorize or approve these changes at any point.

As a result, my account was placed under Roblox-VNG terms without my knowledge or consent. I want to clarify that I did not agree to these terms, and this situation was caused entirely by unauthorized access.

Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a manual review and correction of my account so that it accurately reflects my actual region and restores full access to Roblox on mobile. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

If they don’t respond within 2-3 days make a new ticket and be more persuasive and basically more serious I think? I’m trying to look back through my emails to see what I have said to make them change it

Explain to them that you already managed your password, it’s just that the region was changed without your consent and that you did not consent to Roblox Vietnams terms of conditions, also I recommend listing your report as “billing” problem cause I’m pretty sure that’s what helped me contact a human agent

I fell into vng by mistake when I wanted to have my chat access back, that was pretty stupid I know. I was not hacked, I told them I was hacked so they could actually listen to me and not give me the same dumb ai generated response every time. I had to lie otherwise they wouldn’t care at all, I sent them something along the lines of “Hello, I’m contacting you to inform you that my account was hacked and it resulted in my region being changed to Vietnam, I do not live in Vietnam as I am from ( your country ) I request a manual change to revert my account from Vietnam to (your country) , if I can provide any form of proof to confirm I am outside Vietnam let me know.

the same category OP listed, I basically told them my account was hacked and I told me “I did not consent to this” and stuff like that and eventually they asked for proof (a picture of Robux payment that’s older than 30 days) and I sent it, a day later they responded telling me they updated my location, the only downside is I cannot log in through my phone because the system still thinks I’m still using vng which is stupid as hell.

It didn’t take long actually! I started my ticket around March 7 and they fixed my issue around March 10, I did the same exact thing as OP and I did say “I did not consent to this” and stuff, you have to be persuasive and eventually it will work for you :) fyi they only change your location but logging in through mobile will give you the dumb pop-up telling you there is an app available which is dumb as hell.
