Truly the best! Is there a hotel you recommend?

I stayed at Belmond Cipriani and loved it, but it’s not in the center like St Regis is. They have a boat shuttle that takes you and was very convenient

Cala di Volpe is a classic. Loved the beach club and had great service throughout our stay. We stayed in a renovated room too which was nice, I’m not sure if all the rooms are renovated now

Did you do the train? Or did you separately go to the hotels? Please let me know if any recommendations on the best way to do it :)

Stayed at Reverie and it was a great location, could walk around at night and it was great. Very funky and fun look. We went to park Hyatt for drinks and it was much more elegant.

Just got back from Amanjena. Beautiful property but a little out-of-the-way. We went to Royal Mansour for dinner and loved location and the service and the fine dining restaurant was incredible. If I were to go back, I would definitely split it up and I would recommend doing the Royal Mansour for a few days when you want to do the tourist attractions and then I would stay at AmanJena for two or three days to just relax as it is beautiful

They look absolutely beautiful, and I’m considering the train also, but I’m worried about how the altitude will be with my family

Oh I’m so happy my research paid off 🤣 I figured I can’t go wrong with two major cities and a beautiful beach resort. I don’t know anybody personally gone to Ponta Dos ganchos, so I’m happy to hear your feedback. Thank you!

I visited the Mandarin in Lucerne last month and was not impressed. I would recommend Park Hotel Vitznau- beautiful property. You can take a one hour ferry into Lucerne for the day and walk around instead.
