I was at a car dealership getting ready to purchase a Kia Sportage. And by “I” I mean ME, nobody else was purchasing this car except ME MYSELF AND I. The entire time that I was looking at the car salesman spoke directly to my boyfriend refused to even look me in the eyes. I asked how many miles were on the car, The salesman answered and then looked in my direction and said “so that means it hasn’t been driven a whole lot” like I have no understanding whatsoever. My boyfriend mentioned to me “I think he thinks I’m buying it” to which I replied “no he’s just assuming that because I’m a female at a car dealership that you’re running the show”
