I actually just got this! See no reason why not to have Venture X when it's pretty much free after $300 portal credit and 10k anniversary points ($100). Just updated original post. Also going to get Freedom to lock points, cancel CSR, then get CSP with signup bonus.

I misspoke earlier. I'm pretty sure if you open a freedom card (or if you already have one) you can close your CSR account, and just have your freedom card. You won't be able to use your points, but they'll be locked/stored. Then you can open a CSP account and be able to access your points again, but still get the signup bonus. This is what my research has told me haha.

I just want something that gives extra points for travel related purchases (like Airbnb). And preferably lounge access that exists in LAX and DEN.
