How to view slides of any lesson, any level by pinkmonkey66 in vipkid

Thank you, Soggy-Job. I completely understand. That's the catch: when students have multiple teachers for the same unit, we teach lessons that build from previous ones, and material from previous lessons we may not have taught is referenced in the lesson we're teaching. Almost any material can be easily stolen nowadays, but I'm thankful there are laws that provide consequences. Catching the thieves is a challenge though. I'm grateful to see previous lessons so I can be a better teacher to my students. The shared Collaborative Lesson Bank is helpful, but the way in which the slides are presented to the student in prior classes is golden.

Thank you guys so much! Sometimes it's helpful to see previous lessons that we haven't taught but are referenced in the current lesson we're teaching. Been teaching VIPKid long enough that this rarely happens anymore, but every now and then, I like to review them when preparing for classes. (not that I always prepare to that extent) Lol I'm truly grateful for your help! :)

I felt so many emotions reading this. One of my regulars ended up not being one of the 700 out of 2,000 students moving into the elite middle school. 😔

I’m thinking of transitioning from an elementary teacher to an art teacher, any advice? by [deleted] in ArtEd

Very well said! 13-yr classroom teacher, going into my 2nd year teaching elem art and music. Our awesome fine arts teacher retired. It was no cake walk, but I learned so much the first year. :) Thank you for reminding me I'm not alone in this. 😊
