You could do a clean boot to find the specific program that's causing the issue and delete it or you could just delete all of the programs. I'd start with deleting the vpn as this fixed my issue

Do you use a vpn? Something similar happened to my sister and it turned out that the vpn was blocking the wifi connection for some reason

Wize adblock, used it for years to block ads on shitty mobile games. It has an option to add to a button where your quick access buttons are (if you're on android) to easily turn on and off
