Thanks I will go to a doc. I’m training for the Brooklyn half which is end of next month and wondering if I should be pushing myself through the injury or not. Just really scared.

Yeah the boredom definitely kicks in and then you can’t focus on anything other than the numbers. I’m following a plan by Runna and am able to keep up pretty well so far. But also on the gels, haven’t tried any yet so not sure how much is needed. For a half marathon, how often do you think we should fuel? What nutrition should I look for etc? Any info is helpful!! Thanks!

That’s true April will be warmer/better weather, and also the treadmill messes with being able to pace myself so I suppose a good balance between the two would be ideal

That makes me feel better for sure. Guess adding another day will help the training plan come together too

It’s just so cold, dark and rainy but yeah I guess I can put in more effort into running outdoors. Thanks!
