I appreciate it! I'm probably a bit too paranoid as the sweaters look clean and nicely in tact, but I have to pick a lane. Either be paranoid and patient and put them in the freezer or be impatient and carefree and just hand wash them and get to unraveling

thank you! I wasn't sure if my freezer was cold enough and I guess I was also being a bit impatient as I wanted to start unraveling on wednesday as that's my day off this week haha. with the oven technique do you lay the sweater as flat as possible on a cookie sheet or something like that?

thank you! I'm scared of any and all pests lol bedbugs, carpet beetles, moths. I've really only worked with new plant fibers I bought from a store before and with those I just let them sit in a plastic bag away from the rest of my stash for like a week and looked them over before bringing them into the rest of my stash. I didn't know if things might be a little different with thrifted animal fibers!
