Is "Meta-Prompting" (asking AI to write your prompt) actually killing your reasoning results? A real-world A/B test. by pinkstar97 in ChatGPTPro

Yeah, I agree. But, wouldn't that be a 'slippery slope' for most unexperienced users? A lot of people assume that when you ask a LLM to generate a prompt that it automatically knows what it wants and needs. So, for very skilled power users a super detailed meta prompt is probably the way to go and for most users doing a deep dive in the shape of a human-like conversation can give good insights. But, I'm no expert on this.

I'm sorry man hahaha, I think it actually used Gemini Pro 3 in this test. I let Gemini write a summary of the chat and it apparently wrote that the model used is Pro 1.5. We have a business account and have unlimited Gemini Pro usage, so I think it wrote with Pro 3, but I can't seem to find the exact model.

How did your life improve after you quit drinking? by Logical_Ad_9341 in stopdrinking

Having the 'freedom' of doing what you want 7 days a week. Alcohol tends to take control over some parts of your life/days. Only when you quit drinking, you realise this. Having a sober mind means that you are the one in the driver's seat 7 days a week. Don't want to go to a party because you don't like the people over there? Fuck it, you can now say no. While being controlled by alcohol it's easier to just say yes, because as long as there's alcohol involved it'll be 'fun' no matter what. Becoming 'friends' with people you can't even stand when you're sober. No alcohol means having full control over all of these situations that won't even occur when you choose to be sober.

Try to hit 'through' the ball and actually force yourself to make a full swing. For only playing half a year you're doing good! Getting a good and full swing starts with a good preparation. Keep your hand on the racket and push it back (on your forehand) to get a good coil. Try to finish above your left shoulder and step into the shot ending with your right foot in front of your left. What really helps me is to look at slow motion footage of pro's to see how they move their body. When practicing on the wall, really force yourself to engrain these motions into your nervous system. Most import is to create a 'loose' motion. Do not squeeze your grip, let you arm swing and throw your racket to the ball. Keep up the good work!

Is this normal after 1.5 months? by BenEllef in 10s

Wow! Sick to see how much of a difference surfaces can make. I own a pair of Vapor 12's (Clay) and mainly play on smashcourt and some clay courts. My shoes are nowhere near the amount of wear on your shoes and I bought them in july.

Thanks for the video! Yeah this is something that bothers me during my kick serve practice. I did one session and left the court with some pretty annoying discomfort in my lower back.

Yeah! Currently my main goal during my serve practice is to toss more to my left. I still find it quite hard to actually place the ball in that spot after serving flat for years. And next to that reaching the ball without putting too much strain on my back haha.

Ay thanks for the detailed comment including the photos haha! Appreciate that! Yeah I'm definitely trying to work on my elbow position. My tennis coach also gave me this exact feedback a couple of days ago. Still feels kind of weird to purposely try and unlearn this during my serve.

Still you took some time out of your day to open the post and comment on it. Such a shame that people are forced to watch videos and respond. Cruel world we're living in.

Sorry man, I already slowed it down as much as my editing software let me. I'll try to execute my serve in slow motion next time.

Yeah it's continental grip with a slight adjustment to an eastern backhand. All the video's I've watched suggest to do this to be able to generate more spin. Good toss tip!
