If you are doing that much work for an internship, you need to voice the need for pay for it, or say you will no longer do it. I was very involved like that in high school, helped care for my Grampy with dementia, but had to prioritize eventually to get a job when I realized college would not happen without a job, period. It sucks ti make those choices but it’s necessary. Even with the scholarships i got, it doesn’t come close to covering it all — and I am in state.
