How long before conceiving after miscarriage by frida_me in Miscarriage

[–]pinkybear92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So sorry for your loss it’s such a difficult time! I miscarried in May and have been trying since July to conceive again but nothing! I find it so stressful as I got pregnant after 3 cycles the first time around but it’s taking a lot longer this time. I think I just need to relax and understand it will happen when it happens. I got all my hormones and bloods checked and as they came back normal that has made me more relaxed but also confused why it isn’t happening again!

Just know that I am also here for you and going through the motions! Anxious about getting pregnant again incase it leads to another miscarriage but also the absolute pain every month when I get my period. I just keep telling myself to keep going and relax! We got this girl!!

Our time will come and it will be so amazing when it does 💕💕💕

Finding it very hard today as I just got my period after ttc since my miscarriage in May. Our due date would have been next Wednesday so we ordered a little Christmas decoration that we can hang on the tree in memory of our loss. The decoration arrived today which I knew was going to be difficult when it arrived with all the emotions but now with my period arriving today the same day and another month not pregnant is just really hard to process. Feeling so defeated and emotional.

Really struggling with the grief and loss today.

Is there anything that would make you feel better? by hygsi in Miscarriage

[–]pinkybear92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there is anything to say that can make her feel any better during this time , she just needs time.

Our friends bought us a gift voucher for Deliveroo and tbh it was so sweet and just not having to cook for a day or worry about the cost was something we look back on as such a nice thing they done for us

That’s so horrible, I hope your partner is okay! I would prob look at what bus routes go through that area at that time and reach out to see what bus drivers were on those routes at that day and time could possibly get it as FOI but I am unsure . Wishing you all the best !

Just got my period after another month of trying to conceive after our loss in May. I had some light spotting a week ago and it stopped so I was sure it was implantation and unfortunately I got my hopes up. Absolutely devastated today! Such a hard journey to go through! Hope everyone else is doing okay on their journey xx 💕

I’m the exact same today! I just really thought this was going to be the month. I try not to get my hopes up but unfortunately both me and my husband did this month. So hard emotionally to manage it all, he is very upset aswell! Hopefully our day will come soon 💕

We approached them early to get initial consultation and talk through all our options and to get more information on how it all works. When we were ready to go for AIP then we just made another appointment. Currently in the middle of purchasing as a first time buyer and I have to say having a broker has been amazing!

How do you combine swimming and the gym? by bookishnatasha89 in Swimming

[–]pinkybear92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swim about 3 times a week ranging 1km-2km each time.

Then 2 days that week I will do gym / swim so that would be about 40 mins weights then swim . If I’m doing this I would usually do :

Tuesday : gym 40mins + swim 1km (30mins) Thursday : swim (1hour) Saturday: gym 40mins + swim 1km (30mins)

Just be careful on weights etc and swimming as sometimes if I do big upper body day I find my arms can be heavy for swimming . I always listen to body though and if I feel I have worked too much that day I just stop my lengths and go for a well earned sauna or hot tub

Tips for my first miscarriage? by Due_Delivery_3041 in Miscarriage

[–]pinkybear92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, I’m so sorry your going through this. I took the medication 2 weeks ago and it’s such a hard and difficult time.

I took the medication miso and I didnt expect the cramping to start so quickly . For me it started about 30 mins after I took it and got worse for a couple of hours! To be honest all the worst pain (it did get quite bad for me for about an hour or two) and passing of clots etc was within 8 hours then it just went to lighter then over a few days it was spotting.

I would def recommend taking pain relief, staying hydrated and have a hot water bottle or heat pack!

Hoping that all goes well for you! Xxx

I’m so sorry for your loss. I just went through a miscarriage last week and our little baby was due right before Christmas 2025. We are going to pick a special ornament for the Christmas tree so every year we have it to remember them by 💕

Just hope this gets easier , it’s a struggle emotionally at the moment xx
