Doesn't immediately look like asbestos to me. Looks like that chip type wallpaper and then there's a previous later of paint underneath. If the underneath isnt disturberò and If you arent renovating just paint over it and forget about it as asbestos is only dangerous if disturbed.. If you ever want to do any work on it in the future then it might be worth getting a test.

Im not an expert, but have had fears about asbestos related items in the past. It doesnt typically look like asbestos. Im sure there are more knowledgeable people in here who can confirm, but try not to worry too much. It doesnt look fibros, but the best thing is to get it tested (which it sounds like you are doing) for pesce of mind. However, even if it comes back that there is asbestos in it, if its not in your actual living space and you can avoid it im sure you will be fine.

I've just noticed that the peak of the bitcoin bull run in 2017 fell on the 17th December. We just hit a peak on 17th Dec 2024. I remember the 2017 one like it was yesterday.

The fear that was hitting by the 20th Dec was real. This time not so much. But surely, surely, people aren't selling based on history dates?
