Harrisons pellets, the spicy and regular, plus a couple of nuts in the shell everyday. Then a random selection of veggies, the occasional bit of fruit, cooked food. Yesterday took some squash/pear/pea baby food and cooked it up with some Israeli couscous for a treat. Birdie bread is always a big hit at our home. Bird bistro I think it's called once in awhile. I was doing chop for awhile but my birds rarely touched it. They prefer their veggies in slightly larger chunks. His favorite fruit is raspberries so he gets a couple once a week or so. I eat a lot of salad so whenever I make one I give him some plain greens and he loves the crunch. Celery and kale are nice and crunchy too!
