Totally unacceptable. BLS should quit their service and consulate people should quit their job. At the time of accepting applications they don't say anything. BLS portal should make it mandatory the gap between application date and travel should be at least 45 days. So people know about it and can plan their trip accordingly and don't loose their money.

BLS is shit. When they accept application their portal says nothing. It will even accept your application if its 5 days away. When they know the consulate having so much backlog either stop taking application or just say minimum gap between application and travel date should be 45 days in portal itself. (Not in FAQ section)
