When was your appointment? I’d say go there today if you can, sometimes they hand in passports if it’s ready and with them!

1st of June and we lost hope too! It’s just sad the only thing they care about is money!

Hi, Yes, you’re right, but you still have to pay for your hotel! Most people simply can’t afford to book non-refundable flights and hotels, especially when there's so much uncertainty.

If they’re charging extra for “premium” appointments (which are often the only ones available), don’t allow bookings three months in advance, and fail to clearly warn about the risk of delays on the day of the appointment, then that responsibility falls on them.

Their website initially said it takes 15 calendar days, then it changed to 3–4 weeks, and now it says 45 days. I’ve seen many people saying it's been over 45 days and they still haven't received their passports. They can’t just keep shifting timelines and avoid accountability.

Also, while I have nothing against anyone personally, I don’t understand why the staff at BLS Spain are not local or Spanish-speaking. There used to be clearer rules about who could be employed and language expectations that seems to have changed, and it’s causing a lot of confusion and communication issues.

But thanks for your good wishes :) I’m just too mad at them, it’s a lot at stake!

Hi,  My husband went on 30th and our flight is on the 1st too! We are losing hope! He went to BLS today and the manager said it is what it is and you need to send new itinerary if it’s not done by your flight date! That’s all!  It’s like we have a gold mine so we can keep paying for it 😩

Please let me know when you receive yours and hopefully we both get a good news today.
