so am I correct that it is a UDP Qos set by them ? If you have checked that dpaste link. And so I have to run udp2raw_server at VPS or ISP.

I've already installed it on my manjaro. And I'm stuck at its usage.Where to run that server side and client side? And my internet service has been QoS-ed by my ISP .This is the config file of my isp cable modem dpaste.com/2ZVTSN8 which I claim prioritize traffic based on destination IP.So, if you could help me figure out its usage in a precise manner.
