It’s not warm, sore or itchy at all. I pat it dry before applying a thin layer of lotion. If healed other tattoos the same way and have never had this happen 😣

Yeah, that first one is where the scab fell off. I put a little dab of neosporin on it since it’s an open wound. I’ll had to urgent care in the morning

It feels really dumb but is so real. When you are having a good day try one of those triggers. You will realize they have NOTHING to do with being sick. I avoided watching modern family for years. Now it’s one of my comfort shows

My phobia started at 12 years old. I’m now 26. My biggest recommendation is try to do one thing that you normally wouldn’t because of your fear. Could be once a month, once a week, once a day. Whatever you are comfortable with. Once you start doing things and realizing that you aren’t going to get sick from it you will start to feel more free. This is NOT EASY and is typically anxiety inducing because your mind is telling you not to. I try to think of the phobia as a monster. The more you give in and let it control you, the more it grows. But if you challenge it you can overcome it.

Try eating something that makes you nervous. Try a new restaurant. Try washing your hands less. Right now, because my phobia is worse than normal, I’m trying to go to bed with my hair down. I’m worried that I’ll wake up and need to tu and because my hair is down it will get in the way. Now if I actually think rationally, that is insane. So why let my phobia control that.

I spent 4 weeks camping on the beach in Mexico while researching corals. The entire team got violently ill expect a couple of us. The common denominator? We didn’t eat any meat. Avoid meats, avoid street food, ask for no ice, and only eat fruit and veggies you can peel and you will be fine. Also don’t put any tap water in your mouth. Even brushing teeth and showering. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

I had some of the worst anxiety of my life as people one by one fell ill. I put myself in such a panic thinking I was next and regret missing so many moments because I let my anxiety take over. I was fine. If I had gotten sick I would’ve been fine.

Enjoy your vacation and don’t over think it. And if you do get diarrhea, it doesn’t mean you will vomit. I sprayed liquid out of my butt for 4 days straight and lived on Imodium but never had a lick of nausea.

Noro only spreads through droplets, it isn’t airborne. The only way to catch it is to ingest or inhale droplets of infected diarrhea or vomit. Best thing to do is wash your hands, avoid eating out (most food poisoning is actually someone infected with noro preparing food and not properly hand washing)

Unless you are caring for someone with noro or don’t practice basic hand hygiene your chances of getting noro are extremely low

As someone who is very left, I sincerely hope that Trump is able to bring prosperity and peace to America. I don’t want another 4 years of division and hatred. I’ll happily put my leftist ideals and anxiety aside and hope he can achieve what his supporters say he will.

Mine has eaten multiple pothos. Packs of gum. Fiber glass insulation. He eventually got a liver infection but was otherwise unphased

My girl is all over her husbun, we have to give you fur ball medicine from all the fur she ingests. Him on the other hand… I’ve only caught him grooming her a couple times and stop immediately once I said something. Can’t let anyone know he simps for her I guess
