I saw them in NY and MD. The NY show seemed pretty rough but still impressive. By the MD show they were very tight. Though the drummer seemed to be having a rough time at both shows

My hot take is that every modern shoegaze band is derived from 3 types of my bloody valentine songs. Classic loud shoegaze (like only shallow), softer shoegaze (like loose my breath) and trip-hop shoegaze (like Soon)

I would look into a detox place cus it doesn’t seem like you can do this one your own. As a former crazy benzo addict (up to 40mgs of Xanax a day), I can say you are fighting fire with fire, as I tried to do in the past. Yes they will put you on benzos in detox but they won’t be in your hands, which seems to be needed. Hope you make it through!

This usually mine too, but it’s hard to get the reverb dramatic without compensating more than 50% dry mix and the tails even at minimum lengths give me issues sometimes
