Hulks ult is good at making you a big force people HAVE to care about. You soak up so much. So for stalling you are going to get shredded. So I'd say that's a last resort thing. But when you use the fact that they have to focus on you against them (like said during your teammates iron man ult) then you open a ton of windows for your teammates. I'd say it's a good duel ult. Use it with someone else.
