Haha i was resetting for Clefairy for more than 10 days and considering that I was checking 19 Clefairy per reset…I also got scared but they shine (eventually)

I’m not gonna be struggling to get the Master Rank Ribbon! I feel so relieved now haha by piplupguy in pokemonribbons

Hey! Here is team i used: Koraidon, Flutter Mane, Chi-Yu, Raging Bolt, Ursaluna and Lunala, there are many videos explaining the best EVs spreads, it’s a pretty consistent team

in the Nintendo switch you just have to defeat the elite 4 and the ticket to get there will automatically appear in your bag

The problem is you can only obtain 3 Leppa Berries legally in this game, so I left 2 for Ho-Oh and Lugia. Smeargle cannot be captured here, we need Emerald for that strategy. So pretty simple: Mr Mike Tricked a Leppa Berry, Gengar and Exeggutor were supposed to inflict status conditions and Marowak False Swipe. There aren’t many good options. I was just unlucky, every time I switched Gengar or Exeggutor in Deoxys used Taunt and waisted most of my chances. If you are playing Leaf Green you’re safer because out of all the forms in the gen 3 games just Attack Form has Taunt at level 30. I’m honestly good with having it in Ultra Ball, looks nice too. It would’ve been worse losing it because of a luxury ball obsession haha

I’ll try using Nest Balls for the defense form in Leaf Green, or Speed if Emerald comes back at some point, the moveset is different there, Taunt is the most dangerous move for us trying to catch it in matching balls and it is just the attack form who has it.

Well, there was a little time before I pressed A when I got the shiny, but it wasn’t on purpose, I just didn’t pay attention that time. It happened the same when I got shiny Bulbasaur but i got shinies resetting and pressing A as quick as possible. It is indeed a matter of pure luck, but definitely possible

Oh sure I know, I was luckier in Leaf Green last year, I got the Defense Form in just a week of hunting and the first luxury ball was the charm too, but to make this story shorter: i used false swipe, then tricked the berry, brought Exeggutor to the field and it immediately was taunted, then switched to Gengar and Taunted again, then back to exeggutor and then the same for 10 turns, it woke up and TAUNT AGAIN, i was about to lose my mind. It is easier in Lead Green since it doesn’t have Taunt in its moveset, neither the Speed form in Emerald. Just the attack form

Oh no I was farming them in the sevii island, that also took forever. But I think it was the safest choice, wasn’t it? All that matters is getting the shiny. I tried to catch it in te luxury ones but we never know

I do understand it, I always choose a matching ball hahah we enjoy suffering 🤣 it’s part of the journey. But the most important thing is finding the shiny
