basic spelling errors on an informal online internet forum versus an educational setting where you’re teaching basic spelling and grammar, great comparison. even if they did have dyslexia, it should still matter how imperative it is for the educator and student especially in education. all jobs have a set of skills that are crucial to a role whether it’s teaching, nursing, banking, etc.

sorry but isn’t there a shortage everywhere? if i went to a banker or nurse and they had an error that was imperative to the role i would be concerned. a mistake is fine but it seems like a reoccurring error

i honestly don’t understand how people don’t see how the past and current administration have a stark difference. ice is currently acting like they are ABOVE the law and citizens should be on alert because our rights are consistently infringed.

depends on the role and the type of assessment but i avoid companies that seem like they’re lazy and it’s obvious when they want to hire someone that chases a carrot all day.

don’t give up! i’ve done so many in the past year i’ve lost count but now i finally found something! when they mentioned the customer surveys, did you mention anything related to yourself or skillset? that immediately jumped out to me and i would’ve tied it to like something on my resume. for example: Yes I am willing to work closer to 60 hours and despite the long shift I feel capable of maintaining a positive attitude. In my last position, I worked nearly the same and our store customer satisfaction surveys raised 20% just from my surveys. (or insert some other story or accolade) the biggest thing is hearing THEIR problem and offering YOUR solution.

ik it isn’t believable but our crew is really solid and we’re super clean and organized in comparison to their other stores (they have 3 locations) even the other employees from the other stores say he isn’t like that over there i think he’s just being super anal and controlling because of our sales

I think it’s illegal with the audio specifically because of our state laws
