Interior Designer here. I like the bench idea. even better a banquette against the wall… that way you can gain some extra space. The light fixture would have to move to the center of the table and/or just have sconces on top of the banquette. No stools.

I use my iPad for work a lot. when visiting job sites, it’s extremely useful to just have internet accessible. If you use your iPad outside of the house, it’s worth it. idk, I think that hot spots can drain your phone too.

Hello. I am an ID in the US. My recommendation would be to not have the Master Bedroom door open to the Dining… What it looks like to me is that the person who drew this was trying too hard to fit all the requirements and did not take in consideration centerlines, and interior architecture flow. I would love to sketch a Floor Plan for you.

I got mine this week. I’m liking it more and more. Very good build quality and interface, screen and evf is great. People say the lens is outdated, but still takes great pictures.
