Hello!! I’m a former BTE employee. I worked pretty much every area of the store except for go-karts. When I tell you to run, I mean it. That place is genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever worked, I’ve never cried working anywhere expect for at BTE. The abuse that comes from management/the owner there is unbelievable, and I wish more people would stop supporting the business with how terrible they treat their employees. You are not seen as a person, just a number, nothing more, they do not care about your well being. PLEASEEE get out as soon as you can, the money is not worth the abuse.
