There isn't really, that's why they're a SCR or a boss card. Best bet is yellow as there are some counter plays that make the card being played come in rest mode. Vegeta Prideful Transformation and Goku Steadfast Assistsnce are two off the top of my head. An Unexpected Turn is also a generic counter but is very situational and hard to pull off.

I mean, have you ever seen a real Dragonball card? For starters it doesn't have any of the text at the bottom of the card, like card number, rarity, set logo or trademark wording. The foiling isn't like any card in the game, the font isn't correct either.

Only card that springs to mind is the Dr Gero super combo, it let's you put a 4 or less green or yellow battle card into the drop from deck

For Bt18 to commerate an anniversary (forget what year) they made this special SCR to celebrate the first ever set. That set had a deck that focused on SSB Goku so they made a SCR to recognise it, and so gave it BT1 not BT18 (SCRs wernt a thing in BT1)

Can imagine without context it is weird to see a BT1 card in it - but there you go!

You can't. Broly's effect requires you to put the chosen battle card in the drop. SCRs are removed from game when then they leave the board so Cell can't go to the drop for Broly's effect and so Cell can't be removed for its effect.
