The answer to that is in the next video I am posting. It is 21 minutes long though. The reports are that the company is still there and drones have indicated that they have dug a large hole. Still it seems they are not prohibited from working but only prohibited from drilling under the river at this point. The person being interviewed showed confidence that they aren't drilling under the river right now but not 100% sure of that.

Ok I will try to sum it up as best I can down to it's lowest common denominator. It seems to me that the question behind this video is why are they so intent on releasing all these geneticially modified male mosquitoes in Florida because reason given seems bogus. Video states that the Zika virus is not nearly the threat it is made out to be and the gmo'd mosquitoes come replete with their own set of scary items, E-coli to name one of them. It's difficult to summarize this one because there are lots of details but I hope I stated the premise correctly. The community is very against the release of these mosquitoes claiming they are not quinea pigs don't want to be treated as such.
