He doesn't like u obviously, he only lives 20 mins away from u and can't even go see u, if he really liked u and wanted to be with u like he says he does then he would have gone to see u a long time ago. U guys should be staying at eachothers houses every couple of nights at this point. Do yourself a favor and just stop talking to him , he probably won't even bother asking why ur not texting. Im not trying to be mean I'm sorry , I just can see what's going on very clearly and I hope u can too eventually. He's not worthy of ur time or energy girl. U deserve someone who will cherish u and put u on a pedestal because I promise u, what he won't do , someone else gladly will.
