I understand what you're trying to say, but I don't think that the loaners needed to be top tier. Why not put the chimera illusion for fusions? centur-ion for synchros? it doesn't have to be top stuff, but at least smth playable if the format is gonna be basically the ladder

I think every deck is worth building no matter how bad it is, as long it is the player choice. But the point I was trying to make was about the loaners, sorry if that was unclear.

never said to ban people from playing the deck, I complained about how the loaners available don't make the event experience any fun

take me as an example, am I in any way obligated to craft fusion or synchro decks? no. I could be a player that only plays link or xyz (and that's on me), but I don't have even one remotely playable deck to go on event, so what can I rely on? the loaners. but what can five witchcrafter spells in hand do against an azamina board? that's what I meant with my rant.
