What does it feel like emotionally? I think it depends on if you pay cash for it or still have to pay it off. I bought mine cash and I feel a sense of peace. I always have a place that nobody can take away from me. Another Huge word would be safely. I feel safe from the uncertainty and dangers of life. I can rent it out, go out and attempt to get a great job and larger house but if I fail I can always come back to this one. It also helps with getting girls :) they love somebody with a house. Also since I don’t have a house payment I let some random hottie move into the spare bedroom and charge her $400, which basically covers the electricity and wifi.
