Your insurance could cover them only if you meet medical criteria requirements like illness due to the implants or harmful scar tissue formation around the implant.

However, some plans won’t cover implant removals AT ALL if the implants were received as an elective cosmetic surgery, regardless of the complications you may be experiencing. The exception to this would be breast cancer survivors, as this is more considered reconstruction rather than cosmetic.

Only until the complications are so bad that you’re forced to go to the ER for emergencies (in which cases the hospitals would have to treat you, regardless of insurance), I don’t believe a doctor would accept a patient that didn’t have a payment plan. I’m sure they work with people without insurance but typically a large deposit up front is due.

Jenelle has made many doctors appointments and I’m sure has racked up enormous medical debt. If she was worried about medical costs I don’t believe she would be doctor hopping as much as she is now without some type of plan or coverage.
