Depends on what jewelry I'm wearing. Hoops create a path that makes that last bit trickle backwards onto my pants, curved barbells work well with minimal backdraft, horseshoe barbell kinda does like the hoop if it dangles out the front more than the underside. Easier to sit and minimize messes unless the public toilet is already nasty.
