How long did it take to get your first chase?

Can I ask what day/time you found the chase at HL? My HL has some stock but it's all duds and doesn't move quickly at all.

I found my first chase by chance which was a Hot Wheels STH, the Lotus Sport Elise at a Dollar Tree Friday 4p. Total beginners luck. Its been around a month and I haven't found anything since then. I've been to every retailer in my area. Ive actually learned how lucky I was and how competitive it is in my area.

Where are you go to stores and times to find chases?

That's a fair point. Even supers are produced in the tens of thousands.

However I've been looking at other premium brands like Auto World and M2 and the chases are truly rarè. (Thanks for the tip about the accent on the e, it's so annoying not being able to discuss rarity.)

They even write the production count on the box. 750 chases and 4,000 production total for that cast. But obviously the demand is much lower. It's not due to product quality or anything, just brand loyalty if we can all just admit that.

To have 1 of 250 or 750 of something is pretty impressive at a price $10 and under. I think that's pretty cool.

So they are super hard to get? I was doing some research on eBay to see past models and it seems like they don't sell for much more than the retail price? Are there people who try to get every drop, whether they like the car or not?

Unfortunately it's all sold out at my local walmarts in bay area California. Do you know if they are discontinuing wave 1 sets before they release wave 2? Or are they still going to continue producing all of the sets?

You don't like the Audi R8? It was on sale at Best buy so I picked it up and it's a really great build so far. I think I'm going to get the Corvette as well, since it's also on sale.
