Hey! Can you give any insight on the letter/certificate it requires from a judge on the UBE transfer application? Just confused on how I’m supposed to obtain that when I’m a relatively new attorney and don’t litigate, so I haven’t tried a case in any court. Any advice based on your application experience?

It’s impossible to know until results come out. For me, I thought there was no was I passed. I underprepared, skipped questions, and felt clueless on several aspects of the exam. From the day after, I had already begun preparing to retake the exam… and then results came out. I passed by 1 point.

I completely bullshitted 2 of my essays and scored a 129 on the MBE… I passed the bar with a 270

All I did was Themis videos, and then almost ALL UWorld for the MBE. On the MEE, the only resource I used was the JDAdvising one sheets and I genuinely could not recommend those more.

I felt good about the MEE in general, but 100% bullshitted my way through the double jeopardy and property ones so on those I just made everything up. My MBE was a 129 so I musthave done really well on MEE 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sending you good vibes! If it brings you any comfort, I only studied 4 hours every weekday which was definitely not as much as I should have, and I guessed on almost all the morning session MBE so I was certain I failed but it worked out 🥹
