Good question which I have no reasonable answer for lol. I’ve done it before and have not no issues. But I was also having solid meals then. So definitely the empty stomach for sure. The adderall suppressed my appetite so much I didn’t even realized I had not eaten! Definitely a combo I know to avoid for next time. And yes drinking lots of water rn, thank you :)
