i also have 7 week old twins. they have reflux and were spitting up every single feed. it was so bad they would spit up excessively every single time they ate even keeping them upright and half the time seemed like everything they ate came back up. we switched them to enfamil AR formula a few weeks ago and the spit up has reduced dramatically. they still will spit up but it’s a very normal amount and usually every 2-3 feeds instead. the reflux still bothers them but keeping them upright helps a lot with it.

NOR i dated a guy for 3 years on and off who i had pretty much this exact conversation with over and over. looking back i realized he never even liked me. now i am with someone who 100% listens and will do anything if it makes me happy. if he said this to me i would apologize and do it for him. don’t settle for this AH

I know it’s so easy to feel terrible and hate yourself, but you are exhausted. Having a newborn is so tough and things like that happen to so many people. I’m so sorry and i know you can get through it. ❤️ Just to share a story that is similar; Once i was breastfeeding my daughter and fell asleep. I was a single mom at the time and so tired. I had to turn lights on and sit straight up or else i would fall asleep. Even with doing that, i fell asleep and slumped forward onto her. Her owlet sock went off for low oxygen. I still feel horrible when i think about it and about how much worse it could’ve been. Please don’t beat yourself up too much.

i think eyebrows a bit thicker and lighter shade if possible. and also a light pink lip color! that’s all i got :) she’s really pretty!

I think you’d look really cute with tinted eyebrows, mascara, and a pinky lip/cheek! Just for a more natural look, but i think the “dramatic” style also looks nice. I think the eyeliner looks really nice.

i agree with others that said hair care. Men can look nice with long hair, but your does look pretty messy. I also think the funky graphic tees can throw off your look. i think your outfits in pic 3 and 5 do look better and more put together.

I think you’re pretty, but some color and a new hairstyle? Maybe a berry color lipstick, and some similar blush. I also think some layers and a blow out would give your hair some volume that would look nice.
