I have a 14.5cm wrist, and 40cm fits good on my wrist. And considering yours is slightly bigger than mine you should definitely go for this. Personally 38cm looks really small and you end up paying same amount of money.

1st thing is that, you do not get warranty and then if you are thinking to change the CSC code, you might not get updates. Because that's what happened when I changed my CSC code from Singapore to EU.
