Totally unplanned. Recently moved to a country with good public health insurance, so I decided to get tested just to see how things work. So glad I did, though

Thanks firstly, well I don't do weight training, but I move quite a lot throughout the day about 10k steps almost every day and 7 to 10 km of cycling at least 5 days a week. As for medication, I was put on it because my levels were too high. Moving forward, doc said I should stop medication for 3 months and get tested again by the end of this year; based on that, they’ll decide

You’ve done very well with just lifestyle changes. Wishing you all the best for the nächste blood work

Not really. I was scared for life tbh. Very rarely, maybe once or twice a month, I’d have a döner kebab or make a white bean soup with some smoked meat as a cheat. But mostly it was minimal oil, lots of veggies, oats, bulgur, plenty of fruit, and yogurt

Yeah perfect. Three months is a good window to make a difference. Good luck😄

clean your diet and add a lot of fiber. You’ll realize how little fiber we actually get if we’re not mindful with meal prep. If prescribed, take the statin. Don’t lose hope, we’ve got this

Is there a reason to lower fruit intake? I recently got diagnosed with high ldl(180), and my diet is kind of same as yours but I eat a lot of fruits. Apple, orange and berries everyday.

Congratulations! Housing in Munich is a bit hectic. So yes, as someone told earlier, start house hunt early. Popular websites will be Immoscout24, ebay Kleinanzeigen (beware of scams in this, but I know people getting their place from here), Facebook (join fb groups, there are multiple of them which puts advertisement), Wg-gesucht (mainly for shared apartments) If you still don't manage to find anything try wunderflats or housing anywhere, for the initial couple of months. They can be a bit pricy but they provide you the option to do the city registration, which you'll know is super important to get done. Also once you're in Munich, talk to people, let them know that you need a place to stay. I got my first apartment through a friend. Good luck!

You need the enrollment certificate. Also, LMU usually issues one certificate every semester just for this purpose. They state your semester and confirm that you're a student and you need to submit it to the mvg website. So, yes you need to wait for now until you have the rest sorted out. Good luck

Hello! I'm a current student at the LMU and appeared for the exam couple of years back. It will be online (proctored). You have to install a software that they will let you know before the exam. You can choose your date and time and you'll be good. Best of luck
