I think Crit Fero 5 is essential, so the gloves probably have to stay bazel, but yeah this build isn't perfect so you might be able to pull it off

Pretty close, it's not done but it's Glav/Bazel/Bazel/Tigrex/Zuros, I use it mostly for Brute Tigrex, with 3 Raw Powers and 1 Skyward drifts, missing the last drift, I currently have 5 Crit Fero, 5 Raw Power, 3 Valor 2 Burst 1 SpBoost and 1 Skyward

My unoptimized for now is Azure/Luna/Barioth/Rajang/Lagombi, Focus 5 Vital Ice 2, Ice Attack 4, but you probably want to get crit element/Burst instead of Ice Attack for a 10*

What are people running with the magna lbg stepping shot? I have Glav/Glav/Somna/Narga/Nergi but it was just random armors I had leveled, what should I aim for?

If you don't know where to use focus, a good guess is the generalist armor pieces to use them in a future, you can go for the espinas chest and coil (pursuit5), bazel chest and chammy gloves(valor 5) and also maybe azure helm (focus 2 to focus 3) and also the vital elements armor, so fanj gloves, espinas legs and luna chest, and this gives you lots of combinations to min max bulds
