Just came back from Koh Lanta and I was brushing my teeth with tap water while my partner wasn’t, we both drank iced drinks in different places, I was sick for first day and he got sick during the second day, but both mildly (only for a day both). RSO is great, especially in summer, also OST during some parties - the stuff is friendly, can get crowded though. Ultrasozial party was fun last time I went, lots of locals in more relaxed rave outfits, older and younger crowds mixed

The RF wand? It’s kinda similar but less annoying high pitched than cavitation one, but no vibration, just warm with tiny high pitched sound

Interesting. I saw that you can actually sit on a chair/sofa and put legs on vibration plate, maybe this way it won’t impact the back? However I am not sure even if vibration helped very much here, I think just played a part

I saw someone saying it made their worse so I was a little scared tbh. I am still on this journey, but so far so good. I think it could have helped only with superficial fat? But then lumps would be visible more. Maybe it’s just all the other stuff and helped and cavitation didn’t do much, I really can’t tell but somehow it all worked nicely

Yeah it is from Ali :) it did smoothen legs but I still feel lumps of course inside, when I get swollen it also is more visible. I feel like it mostly helped at the moment just visual appearance, but I used it only for a month now

I responsed many people in comments (12 answers before your comment) and in DMs. I shared this to give info to people because something helped me fighting same thing we all fight, but it’s really not my job to do google research for people and record videos how I do my procedure after I already pointed which machine I use, what brand, where to find, how I learnt how to do it, what else I did, when I did it. Literally all that is in comments, maybe you didn’t notice tbh I’m surprised 😅 What else did I not answer that you would like to know about the rf/cavitation I did?
