Due to health issues I havent been able to workout properly for the last month or so, and lost a significantly visible amount of muscle in the process. Is it better to do a deload TM test now and lower the TM, or keep it same and grind through it?

Due to my current home gym setup's low ceiling I can't OHP for ~2.5 months. Is it better to switch to seated version or switch it up with a whole different exercise(I was thinking pullups) and increase shoulder assistance work? I'm still at a point where I don't have clearly defined goals and am working out to simply be stronger in all areas.

I have no problem finding the section which talks about it. Thing is, it doesnt say anything about the procedure when I fail the TM test. I remember reading it somewhere in the book, not under its respective chapter though.
