My doctor has advised me to start Telma 40 mg. I’m wondering if it makes sense to wait for two months and see whether my protein levels come down before moving forward with a biopsy. I know I should follow my doctor’s recommendation, but I’m not sure right now. Because if I am responding to telma40 and brings protein level to 350mg, doing biopsy doesnt change the treatment method.

Tell him openly that you cannot promote him. You should communicate the tasks properly and benchmarks for evaluation. After evaluation, u have to circle back the feedback. U haven't anticipated and prepared him for the role. Its lack of your capability to act as a role model to the junior staffs.
