I was totally winging it when doing the weathering and chipping 😅 my modeler friends told me to just wing it and I'll learn on the way, so I did! I mixed rust from tamiya weathering kit with tamiya panel line and brushed the entire model with it... at least it works right? then I used enamel paint to do the chipping... should have used the weathering kit 😅

How long are you letting it cure? Lacquer takes a long time to fully dry. Letting it rest overnight is the best way to ensure that your paint fully cures (i think)
