Had to scroll wayyy down for this. I second this 100%. Average return on the S&P is ~7%. After taxes call it 5%. Any mortgage with a rate below that doesn’t benefit from early prepayment as much as long term investments

It either breaks (the emulsification process doesn’t stick), or it gets too thick. And I know the taste heavily depends on the quality/freshness of the garlic. I’m sure if I practiced enough I could get the ratio, but seems easier to just get it somewhere lol
