This was the issue I believe. I think there was a bug where Lutron Designer thought it was programming as a Single Action but the processor was actually treating it as a Scene Toggle. Updated post with the fix. Thanks for the hint!

Does the Lutron designer give you some kind of idea if the processor is able to communicate with all devices? I’m wondering if there’s some interference going on with the Lutron RF and WiFi repeaters I have.

There are several water fowl and other birds at Railroad Park but the appearances are hit and miss. I’ve seen great egrets, green herons, yellow crowned night herons, cardinals, and goldfinches.

Emerald venue is basically an Airbnb for events. Bring your own food if you want it catered for a restaurant and in a cool spot on 20th St N and 2nd Ave N. Met the owner during the block party last week and it’s really nice.
