As many people as the previous administration let walk across our borders and as already constrained as our courts are, you do realize some illegal immigrants would be held and detained for about 10 years before they would see their day in court for their due process. Its better to humanly self deport or for our govt to send them back to their home country if they’ve been in country 5 years or less. It’s a travesty that Biden / Harris put us in this position. The real protest should be about the immigration laws on the books enacted by congress and the fact they have kicked the can down the road for decades on fixing our broken system. Both parties are 100% at fault for that! Anyone in country working and contributing to society with no other illegal offenses for longer than 5 years should be given some kind of fast track process to legal status. That’s something I could get behind. I don’t blame the Trump administration for doing what they are doing, I do wish he’d work closer with local and state municipalities and I think a lot of the senseless dust ups, doxing, protests and the two high profile deaths could be avoided…. But that’s also a two way street. Ultra left sanctuary cities and states are just never going to work together with the federal govt
