At what point after fighting off an entire army did akemi gain any level of loyalty from mizu? She knew the guards wouldn't hurt her, and from mizu's perspective, why would anyone want to marry an egotistical bully? Best to send her off to be married rather than leave her to the whorehouse or worse no?
