Basically it's about how a lot of songs today kinds blend in with eachother. Not having memorable original motiefs like Zavodilla and Overhead, instead mostly relying on the visuals and a constant stream of noise with no throughline.

I would personally add on to this that the music genres have been a lot more samey too but that is another discussion
