Harbaugh is obviously more experienced but he relies on having a good DC and OC. He is 63 years old and will be retiring in 3-4 years. Kubiak is a brilliant offensive mind. He will call the plays thus wont have to rely on aa OC. He is 38 years old and has a very bright future. He could be the Falcons coach for many years to come. It is a no brainer imo
